    Campus Cat ‘Pebbles’ Honored With Statue at University of Essex

In celebration of Pebbles’ recognition, the college declared March 5 as “Campus Cat Day.” Furthermore, they unveiled a bronze statue of the cat in his honor.

Recognizing his widespread popularity, the college has established March 5 as “Campus Cat Day.” Additionally they revealed a permanent tribute – a bronze statue. This particular ceremony celebrated Pebbles and his distinctive bond with the college neighborhood.

    Pebbles is a black and white cat who was first noticed on campus in 2010. He stole the hearts of the scholars and have become their beloved mascot. Regardless of his respectable age of 16, Pebbles stays a sprightly determine, nonetheless gracing the college grounds along with his presence.
