GARNER, N.C. – North Carolina lawmakers included a significant funding in farmland preservation within the price range handed on July 2, together with a $46.9 million nonrecurring allocation to the Agricultural Improvement and Farmland Preservation Belief Fund, and one other $2 million in recurring funding, pushing the entire recurring quantity to $9.5 million.
