Texas Audubon Chapters are energetic throughout the state. The work they do on the bottom helps transfer us nearer to our Flight Plan objectives of bending the fowl curve. During the last yr chapters in Texas had over 30,000 volunteer hours, partnered with over 200 teams, noticed over 36,000 members at occasions with 33% first time members, and improved almost 5,000 acres of habitat all inside 16 precedence geography areas for Audubon. A New Era of Birders
A significant success this yr was the creation of Audubon Aggie, the Texas A&M Faculty Station pupil chapter, made attainable due to the assist of the Texas A&M Pure Assets Institute and Rio Brazos Audubon Society. Connecting with Gen Z birders opens a brand new technology of birding model and viewers.
